GPU-based Cone-beam computed tomographic (CT) reconstruction

This video presents our revamped GPU-based Cone-beam computed tomographic reconstruction. Our software includes: 

  • Projection preprocessing such as flat-field correction, log conversion, and dead-pixel masking.
  • Geometric calibration for Cone-beam systems as well as direct support for several vendors.
  • GPU based tomographic reconstruction which supports both FDK, and iterative algorithms. 
  • Artifact reduction methods for metal, beam-hardening, and rings.
  • Support for post-processing such as HU calibration.

CT to X-ray/Fluoro 2D-3D Registration

This video presents our high level 2D-3D Registration from CT to X-ray/Fluoro images. We provide several simplified workflows for initialization of the registration which then is refined based on GPU-accelerated and image-based 2D/3D registration. This workflow includes support for masking etc. such that specific regions can be registered individually. Furthermore we provide support for the EOS system. Last but not least, the initialization can be easily customized using our SDK.
